(1)
Before beginning the duties of an election judge, each person appointed as an election judge must take a self-affirming oath or affirmation in substantially the following form:(4)
A person shall not engage in electioneering, as defined in section 1-13-714, or wear or display apparel, buttons, or other materials that promote or oppose a political party, candidate, ballot issue, or ballot question while serving as an election judge.
