C.R.S. Section 16-2.7-101
Definitions

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)

“DNA” means deoxyribonucleic acid.

(2)

“Missing person” means a person whose whereabouts are unknown and whose safety or welfare is the subject of concern.
