C.R.S. Section 24-1-110
Principal departments


(1)

In accordance with the provisions of section 22 of article IV of the state constitution, all executive and administrative offices, agencies, and instrumentalities of the executive department of the state government and their respective functions, powers, and duties, except as otherwise provided by law, are allocated among and within the following principal departments created by this article 1:

(a)

Department of state;

(b)

Department of the treasury;

(c)

Department of law;

(d)

Department of higher education;

(e)

Department of education;

(f)

Repealed.

(g)

Department of revenue;
