Priorities among preferences

(1)

When two or more socioeconomic procurement programs are applicable to the same procurement, businesses benefitting from such programs shall be considered in the following order of precedence:

(a)

Correctional industries;

(b)

Industries for the visually impaired;

(c)

Industries for persons with severe disabilities.
