C.R.S. Section 25-3.5-305
Alleged negligence

(1)

In any legal action filed against a person who has been issued a license pursuant to this part 3 in which it is alleged that the plaintiff’s injury, illness, or incapacity was exacerbated or that he was otherwise injured by the negligence of the licensee, an act of negligence shall not be presumed based on the fact of the allegation.

In the event a judgment is entered against any such licensee, he shall, within thirty days thereof, file a copy of the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order in such case with the clerk and recorder of the county issuing the license. Said board shall take note of such judgment for purposes of investigation and appropriate action if a violation of this part 3 is present. Any and all complaints received directly by said board shall be subject to review.

Any and all complaints received directly by the department are subject to review.
