Effect of part 1


This part 1 does not affect the responsibilities of the behavioral health administration in the department of human services for the provision of mental health care in accordance with article 66 of title 27, and this part 1 does not affect any provisions of article 22 of title 23 or any other provisions of law relating to the university of Colorado psychiatric hospital.
