C.R.S. Section 26.5-1-103

As used in this title 26.5, unless the context otherwise requires:


“Department” means the department of early childhood created in section 26.5-1-104.


“Department rule” means a rule promulgated by the executive director as authorized in section 26.5-1-105.


“Executive director” means the executive director of the department of early childhood.


“Local coordinating organization” means the entity selected by the department pursuant to section 26.5-2-103 to implement a community plan for increasing access to, coordinating, and allocating funding for early childhood and family support programs and services within a specified community.


“Rules advisory council” or “council” means the council convened by the executive director pursuant to section 26.5-1-105.
