Unique student identifying numbers

  • rules

The executive director shall promulgate rules as necessary for the assignment of uniquely identifying numbers to children who receive early childhood services. At a minimum, the rules must include children who receive state-subsidized or federally subsidized early childhood services, including but not limited to services provided through the child care development block grant, the Colorado universal preschool program, and head start.
