Confidential agreement to limit practice


(1)

Except as specified in subsection (2) of this section, section 12-30-108 concerning confidential agreements to limit practice applies to this article 280.

(2)

This section and section 12-30-108 do not apply to a pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or intern subject to discipline for prohibited activities as described in section 12-280-126 (1)(e).
