C.R.S. Section 8-73-111
Compensation from other state

An individual shall not receive an award for any week with respect to which or a part of which he has received or is seeking unemployment benefits under an unemployment compensation law of another state, the federal government, or a foreign country. If the appropriate agency of such other state, the federal government, or a foreign country finally determines that he is not entitled to such unemployment benefits, this lack of award shall not apply. For the purposes of this section, a law of the federal government providing payments of any type and for any amount for periods of unemployment due to lack of work shall be considered an unemployment compensation law of the federal government.
